The Role of Production Officer

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Production Officer to join its team in Makkah or Rabigh. This full-time role involves leading a self-directed, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient processing and packing of seafood products. The Production Officer ensures that all operations adhere to company specifications, production targets, and stringent food safety standards, while maintaining product quality, yield, and overall operational efficiency within established management parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-functional team in the processing and packing of seafood products, including shrimp, salmon, and various fish species.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company specifications and production targets.
• Uphold high food safety standards throughout the production process.
• Monitor and maintain product quality and yield.
• Drive operational efficiency within defined management performance parameters.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Fish Processing, or a related field.

Experience and Competencies

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a seafood or food processing environment.
• Proven experience in implementing daily production plans.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with production and maintenance teams.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in either Makkah or Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.
