The Role: Production Officer

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Production Officer to join its full-time operations in Makkah or Rabigh. This role involves leading a self-directed, multi-functional team to ensure the efficient processing and packing of seafood products. The Production Officer will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of product quality, yield, and operational efficiency, adhering to company specifications and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a self-directed, multi-functional team within the production environment.
• Oversee the efficient processing and packing of various seafood products, including shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company specifications, established production targets, and stringent food safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain product quality, optimize yield, and ensure overall operational efficiency within defined management performance parameters.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Fish Processing, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a seafood or general food processing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing daily production plans and effectively coordinating with both production and maintenance teams.
