Key Responsibilities

Develop Social Media Strategy
Create comprehensive social media strategies tailored to B2B clients' goals and target audiences.
Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.

Content Creation
Create and write high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (*, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok).
Write compelling copy for posts, blogs, and social media updates.
Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create multimedia content.

Community Management
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally.
Foster a sense of community and engagement among followers.

Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote B2B clients' products or services.
Use social media advertising tools to boost posts and create targeted ad campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.

Ad Creation and Management
Design and create compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to B2B audiences.
Set up, monitor, and manage social media ad campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and data analysis.

Budget Management
Allocate and manage budgets for social media advertising campaigns.
Track spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving maximum ROI for B2B clients.

Performance Analysis and Reporting
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports on social media activities, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Use data to inform future strategies and improve overall social media performance.

Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with B2B clients to understand their goals and preferences.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive messaging.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management and paid social media advertising, preferably in an agency setting and B2B context.
Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and advertising initiatives for B2B clients.

Technical Skills
