About the Opportunity

iHR (International Human Resources) is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Hospitality and Tourism sector for a dedicated Sales Specialist. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and offers an opportunity to contribute to business growth within a dynamic industry.

Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of the Sales Specialist is to drive business development and increase sales by actively attracting new clients. This role involves cultivating long-term relationships with both clients and partners, ultimately contributing to the company's market share expansion and the achievement of its commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new business opportunities, actively expanding the client network within the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with both current and prospective clients.
• Present suitable offers and services to clients, and effectively negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Achieve approved sales targets and contribute directly to overall revenue growth.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and monitor key achievement indicators.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of an outstanding client experience and enhance satisfaction and loyalty levels.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in an administrative specialization or an accredited diploma.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
