Requirements

• Full commitment to working hours and attendance and departure times.
• Ability to deal with children and interact with them positively.
• Patience, flexibility, and the ability to deal with different behaviors.
• Implementation of behavioral plans and programs and accurate data recording.
• Assisting the child with independence and personal care skills as needed.
• Adherence to the instructions of the supervisor and the therapeutic team.
• A cheerful, fun, patient personality, capable of building a positive relationship with the child.
• Ability to work within a team and bear daily work responsibilities.
