This training will help you build strong communication skills, account management, and become a professional and seasoned in customer success and relationship building. If you excel during your training period (6 months), we will hire you full-time 💪

What will you do?

• You will manage a portfolio of company accounts, becoming the trusted partner that HR, operations, and business leaders rely on to succeed with "Saud".

• You will lead the onboarding process for new clients, helping them hire quickly from the start, and building a foundation for a lasting partnership.

• You will monitor account status and platform usage, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure clients grow and renew with us.

• You will conduct strategic meetings and reviews to understand client goals and translate "Saud" AI into tangible hiring results.

• You will deliver powerful reports and presentations that clearly show clients how AI is transforming their hiring process.

• You will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous growth.

• You will maintain accurate account records and performance metrics in HubSpot (CRM), focusing on client retention, engagement, and expansion.

• You will represent "Sabbar" in client meetings and business reviews to deepen relationships and maximize the success of each account.
