About the Role

Al-Ghamlas Trading Company is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Kitchen and Cabinet Sales Designer. This role plays a pivotal part in the sales department, focusing on engaging with clients and delivering exceptional kitchen and cabinet solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of sales principles to meet and exceed targets.

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements for kitchen and cabinet solutions.
• Design kitchens and present suitable solutions that meet client expectations.
• Prepare and present quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Maintain excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of kitchen products and installation processes.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.
• Ensure that created designs align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in designing and selling kitchens and cabinets.
• Proficiency in using design software, including:
  • 2020 Design Software
  • SketchUp
  • Kitchen Draw
• Ability to create designs and prepare quotations based on client requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective client interaction.
• Good knowledge of kitchen products and installation processes.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and meet team objectives.
• The candidate must be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
