Job Title: Projects Representative

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: Riyadh

Requirements:

3 years or more of experience as a Projects Representative in the building materials sector (specifically in ceramics and marble).

Tasks and Responsibilities (Role Description):

Follow up on project progress to ensure successful execution and delivery.

Effective and continuous coordination with clients and internal company teams.

Prepare and submit required documents and accurately follow project timelines.

Conduct field visits to client sites as needed, attend meetings, and submit periodic reports on project status and any obstacles that may arise.

Handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and provide support to project managers in resolving daily operational challenges.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in ceramics, marble, and building materials.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

High ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and strictly adhere to deadlines.

Excellent communication skills for coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Proficiency in using Office software (Word, Excel, Email) and the ability to manage and document files.

Attention to detail, meticulousness, and effective problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of the local market in Riyadh and professional business practices.

Full readiness for field work, conducting visits, and traveling within Riyadh as required by the job.
