Abdulaziz AlZaid Financial Consulting (AZ) is developing a scalable B2B SaaS platform designed to digitize and automate regulated, document-heavy professional workflows. This platform integrates client intake, structured data capture, quality controls, approvals, and controlled report issuance with existing CRM, analytics, and enterprise systems. We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

The Role of Senior Agentic AI Engineer

The Senior Agentic AI Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering production-grade LLM agent systems that automate real-world workflows, moving beyond mere demonstrations. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and a lean engineering team to ensure the development of AI capabilities that are measurable, reliable, secure, and commercially deployable within our B2B SaaS platform.

Key Deliverables

The primary deliverables for this role include:

• Shipping production LLM/agent capabilities that reduce manual effort across intake, validation, evidence extraction, drafting, QA checks, routing, and approvals.
• Building robust agentic workflows, including tool use, routing, and state management, incorporating reliability patterns such as timeouts, retries, and fallbacks, with clear observability.
• Implementing comprehensive evaluation and quality measurement strategies, utilizing offline tests and online monitoring, to continuously improve accuracy, safety, and cost performance.
• Packaging repeatable AI solutions for internal deployment and for offering to clients as deliverables, covering the full cycle from scoping to delivery and measurable outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Senior Agentic AI Engineer include:

• Designing and implementing multi-step and tool-using LLM workflows, incorporating function calling, external APIs, RAG, and structured outputs.
• Building reusable orchestration patterns for routing, memory/state management, task decomposition, guardrails, and error recovery.
• Owning LLMOps, encompassing deployment, monitoring, prompt and version management, evaluation harnesses, and cost/latency control.
• Integrating agents with various business systems, such as CRM, document/report pipelines, approvals, and analytics, utilizing secure APIs and robust role/permission models.
• Establishing engineering standards for AI delivery, including testing, reliability, logging, incident response, and defining measurable KPIs for quality, cycle time, and adoption.
• Providing support for client-facing AI delivery where necessary, covering requirements gathering, estimation, proof of concept, and rollout.

Experience and Capabilities

This full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

• Design and implement multi-step / tool-using LLM workflows.
• Build robust agentic workflows with reliability patterns and observability.
• Manage LLMOps, including deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Integrate AI agents with diverse business systems securely.
• Establish and uphold engineering standards for AI delivery.
