Tamayoz Aqarik Real Estate Development Company announces the availability of a job opportunity for an Architectural Engineer to work in Riyadh city.

Job Duties:

Preparing architectural designs and plans for residential projects.

Reviewing and approving executive plans and coordinating with all engineering disciplines.

Following up on obtaining licenses and coordinating with government agencies.

Supervising the implementation of projects and ensuring their compliance with plans and specifications.

Familiarity with the requirements of the Wafi program and off-plan sales projects.

Preparing schedules and monitoring work progress.

Conditions:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in real estate development or residential projects.

Proficiency in using AutoCAD – Revit – SketchUp – Lumion.

Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and Municipal Regulations.

Ability to manage projects and coordinate with contractors and consultants.

Preference for those with experience in off-plan sales projects (Wafi).
