About the Role

flyadeal is seeking a Captain to join its full-time operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused flight operations across the airline's expanding network. The Captain will be responsible for the command and operation of A320 aircraft, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in accordance with GACA regulations and company policies.
• Exercise command authority and responsibility for all flight operations and crew members onboard.
• Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, discipline, and decision-making at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage the flight deck and cabin crew to deliver a safe and positive customer experience.
• Monitor weather, operational conditions, and aircraft performance to make sound operational decisions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and report hazards, incidents, or irregularities as required.

Professional Conduct

The Captain is expected to represent flyadeal with professionalism both on duty and during layovers, upholding the company's values and commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
