Key Responsibilities

• Owning client relationships at a senior level, providing strategic counsel, and presenting with confidence.
• Leading, motivating, and coaching account teams to strengthen delivery.
• Managing accounts profitably and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Overseeing day-to-day workflow to ensure projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Collaborating across creative, communications, and social teams to deliver integrated work.
• Acting as a trusted senior point of contact, identifying and resolving problems early.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in health communications client services, as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of high-profile creative, communications, and social campaigns.
