About the Account Manager Role

Eventlab is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is centered on managing and expanding Eventlab’s key active client relationships within the events, entertainment, hospitality, and experiential sectors. The position requires 5-10 years of professional experience.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Account Manager will focus on client retention, relationship management, cross-selling, and revenue expansion. This involves developing long-term partnerships with existing clients and identifying opportunities to expand those relationships across their organizations, ensuring sustainable growth for Eventlab.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned active client accounts.
• Develop and execute structured 12-month Account Growth Plans for assigned Class A and B clients.
• Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding client needs, upcoming projects, and new buying centers within their organizations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and continuously identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
• Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, address challenges, and align on future requirements.
• Develop proactive commercial proposals based on identified client needs and upcoming event calendars.
• Act as the client’s commercial advocate internally, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure expectations and service standards are consistently met.
• Proactively manage contract renewals and identify early warning signs of client dissatisfaction or account risk.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of recurring revenue, upcoming opportunities, renewals, and potential account expansion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records covering client interactions, opportunities, account health, and commercial activity.
• Accept structured account handovers from the Business Development team following the successful completion of the client’s first project.
• Work closely with the Commercial Director and internal teams to support sustainable growth across the assigned client portfolio.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to develop and present structured account growth plans to senior client stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and translate client needs into commercial solutions.
• Highly proactive, empathetic, and organized, comfortable managing multiple strategic client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Previous experience within the events, hospitality, or marketing services industry is considered a strong advantage for this role.
