About the Role

El-Ajou Group Trading is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed to support client relationship management and business development efforts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Client Strategy and Relationship Management team. This includes managing client relationships, assisting with sales and business development activities, gathering essential market information, and facilitating coordination with internal teams to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client relationship management and maintain professional communication with existing and potential clients.
• Assist in identifying business opportunities, sales leads, and potential upselling opportunities.
• Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups.
• Assist in gathering market, customer, and competitor information.
• Maintain accurate client, account, and sales information within CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Support the preparation of sales, account, and market reports.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, workshops, and business development activities.
• Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering client feedback.
• Develop knowledge of company products, services, market trends, and customer needs through training and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
