About the Account Manager Role at eSense

eSense is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to fostering strong client relationships and ensuring customer success with our products. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in account management, demonstrating a proven ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Role Purpose and Client Engagement

The Account Manager will be responsible for appropriately identifying the needs of both new and current customers to aid them in their success using our product. This involves developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues customers may face.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (*, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Develop expert knowledge in our platform and be able to translate that into custom business benefits for customers.
• Demonstrate proven ability to handle complex sales cycles, including providing coordination and direction to the extended team.
• Maintain and update annual account plans for the assigned accounts.
• Ensure close coordination with the partner ecosystem to fortify the offerings and delivery capabilities.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in account management and demonstrate the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in account management or a related client-facing role.
• Proven capability to identify customer needs and facilitate their success with product solutions.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close agreements.
• Experience in developing and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Analytical skills for forecasting, tracking key account metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
