Hilton is seeking an Accounting Supervisor AP/AR to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the accurate maintenance of financial records related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. The Accounting Supervisor ensures financial precision and operational efficiency within the hotel's financial operations.

Role Overview

The Accounting Supervisor AP/AR is responsible for maintaining precise records of all receivables from various sources, including guests, tenants, concessionaires, credit card companies, online transactions, and employees. This position is central to ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the smooth operation of the hotel's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard signed cheques in the Financial Controller’s safe and maintain a detailed log.
• Verify invoice backups for accuracy before distribution.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial documents.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all financial inquiries.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all receivables.
• Ensure all charges and account statements are correct and submitted on time for guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies.

Qualifications and Experience
