The Opportunity

Concentrix is seeking an Active Directory & Entra ID Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional who will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and operational expertise across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud identity environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Active Directory and Entra ID design, deployment, migration, and modernization projects.
• Deliver hybrid identity solutions, tenant migrations, domain consolidations, and identity transformations.
• Implement Zero Trust, identity security, governance, PIM, Conditional Access, and compliance best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication, replication, synchronization, and identity-related issues.
• Advise customers on identity roadmaps, security improvements, and operational excellence.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
