The Opportunity: Contract Administrator

AECOM is seeking a Contract Administrator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing an opportunity to coordinate and support contract review, administration, and compliance activities for various industrial, commercial, and government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide review, administration, and compliance activities for contracts and subcontracts of smaller scope and complexity.
  • Support contract review, acceptance, and compliance processes.
  • Review proposed terms and conditions of contracts during the solicitation process and identify nonstandard terms, recommending modifications as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers and client/government representatives to review and resolve questions or issues related to contract compliance or terms and conditions.
  • Prepare reports related to contract spend and progress.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
  • Assist with reviews required for contract closure.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Ability to follow standardized instructions and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, adequacy, and adherence to instructions.
  • Capability to work under direct supervision, assisting higher-level contract administrators.
