Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI solution engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with product management, presales, and sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and architect AI-based solutions focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI language technologies, including NLP models and machine learning algorithms.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and language technologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.
• Manage technical documentation for effective knowledge sharing.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate technical solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in AI development or engineering roles.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong expertise in core AI technologies, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and deep learning frameworks.
• Proven experience with the deployment and integration of AI solutions in production environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.

Preferred Skills and Experience
