About the Role

Technogym is seeking a Junior Key Account Executive to join their team. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to develop their skills in account management within a supportive environment. The role focuses on assisting the Regional Key Account Manager in managing and growing relationships with key clients.

Role Overview

The Junior Key Account Executive will play a supportive role in managing and expanding Technogym's key client relationships. This involves assisting with account planning, coordinating client visits, tracking follow-up actions, and maintaining accurate data within the CRM system. The position is designed to provide learning opportunities from experienced mentors and contribute to customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing a comprehensive understanding of key client needs to maximize annual revenues from assigned accounts for equipment, networks, and services, aligning with client budgets and company seasonality.
  • Support the delivery of an exceptional customer experience by helping to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance sales and customer retention.
  • Contribute to improving the P&L and debtor days of assigned accounts.
  • Assist clients with advice on funding solutions for projects.
  • Provide timely and structured forecasts and pipeline management to Sales Managers and Headquarters.
  • Manage data entry, updates, and reporting in the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate client interaction information.
  • Help organize and schedule customer visits, including preparing briefing notes and tracking outcomes.
  • Assist in follow-up communications with customers, tracking responses and supporting issue resolution.
  • Stay informed about trends within the fitness and wellness industry to identify potential opportunities within key accounts.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales reports, assisting in performance tracking and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Passion for working out, enthusiasm, and a proactive yet down-to-earth and ethical demeanor are desirable.
  • Proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills in account management, solution selling, strategic thinking, and relationship building are beneficial.
