Well Way is a technology company that delivers integrated solutions in marketing, digital transformation, and business development through its agency sector. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a dedicated Client Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

The Role

The Client Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring a professional experience and achieving high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves managing client relationships from project initiation to completion, overseeing implementation progress, and coordinating across various departments to maintain service quality and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will work directly with different departments to ensure efficient project execution and the achievement of client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and deliver a professional experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor the implementation of client projects and maintain continuous coordination with internal departments.
  • Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries and professional handling of their feedback.
  • Track project timelines and ensure adherence to delivery dates.
  • Communicate client requirements to project teams and follow up on their execution.
  • Monitor the quality of services provided and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic reports on project status and share them with clients and management.
  • Coordinate between marketing, projects, business development, public relations, and content departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to enhancing the client experience and improving account management procedures.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and foster their loyalty to the company.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in client account management within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Experience in project management and coordination among work teams.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to follow up quickly, respond effectively, and take appropriate actions.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM systems is considered an advantage.
