About the Role

AcoustieG is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on cultivating client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of creative and audio production projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing retention.
  • Present customized solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor performance metrics, client satisfaction levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling B2B clients.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage and grow client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Strong presentation and relationship management capabilities.
  • A target-driven and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Experience within the creative, media, or audio production industry is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct client interaction and collaboration with internal production teams.
