The Role: AI Workforce Transformation & Agent Building Associate

PwC Middle East is seeking a full-time AI Workforce Transformation & Agent Building Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to solving complex business issues from strategy to execution, focusing on the adoption and implementation of AI solutions across the firm's lines of service.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and drive the change management strategy for firm-wide AI adoption, translating the AI workforce transformation vision into practical adoption journeys, communications, and enablement plans across PwC Middle East lines of service.
  • Create communication plans for major AI and transformation projects, liaise with different stakeholders for firm-wide and Line of Service (LoS) communications, and develop adoption campaigns.
  • Deliver training sessions across LoS, build adoption metrics, collect usage data, and provide value reporting.
  • Utilize enterprise versions of ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and Synthesia. Create SharePoint Online (SPO) communication sites and lead AI champions networks to leverage AI across LoS.
  • Build, configure, and iterate production-ready AI agents and automations using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, OpenAI, and various low-code/agentic tooling to address staff workflow challenges and demonstrate tangible value.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and business teams to identify high-impact use cases, define agent requirements, and convert manual processes into well-designed, governed automated workflows.
  • Develop and deliver enablement assets, including workshops, playbooks, demonstrations, and prompt libraries, to enhance AI capability and confidence among staff and leadership.
  • Bridge the gap between technical development and human adoption by standing up prototypes, running pilots, gathering feedback, and managing the people-side of change to ensure agents are trusted, used, and integrated into daily operations.
  • Establish change champions networks and communities of practice to maintain momentum, address challenges, and scale successful patterns across teams.
  • Ensure all agents and automations adhere to firm data, security, and Responsible AI standards, and are thoroughly documented for maintainability and handover.

Required Experience and Capabilities

Candidates for this Associate position should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. The role requires a strong background in AI adoption, change management, and technical agent building capabilities, including:

  • Proven experience in designing and driving firm-wide AI adoption strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute communication and training plans for technology transformation.
  • Native proficiency in using enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and Synthesia.
  • Capability to create SharePoint Online communication sites.
  • Experience in building, configuring, and iterating production-ready AI agents and automations using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, OpenAI, and low-code/agentic tooling.
  • A track record of partnering with subject-matter experts to translate business needs into automated workflows.
  • Experience in developing and delivering enablement assets for AI capability building.
  • Skills in managing the human aspect of technology adoption, including running pilots and gathering feedback.
  • Understanding of responsible AI standards, data security, and documentation practices for AI solutions.
