Foreground is seeking a Director AI Business Transformation to join its team in the Riyadh Region. This full-time position focuses on integrating Artificial Intelligence across a portfolio of companies to enhance operational efficiency, automate business processes, and improve organizational performance. The organization's strategy is to enable subsidiaries to adopt AI technologies that deliver measurable operational and commercial benefits, rather than developing AI products.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, the Director of AI Business Transformation will act as the key liaison between the Enterprise AI Office and the Group’s operating companies. This role involves direct engagement with CEOs and executive leadership teams across various sectors, including FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Construction, Real Estate, Fintech, and Telecommunications. The primary responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities, assessing operational challenges, and developing practical AI transformation initiatives.

• Facilitating AI discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
• Prioritizing AI use cases based on business impact.
• Developing implementation roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Overseeing organizational change management to support AI adoption.
• Supervising Business AI Consultants to ensure consistent engagement and focus on business outcomes, operational improvement, and return on investment across all subsidiaries.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess significant experience in leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting initiatives within large organizations. A strong commercial understanding, effective stakeholder engagement skills, and proven change management capabilities are essential.

• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience working across multiple business functions.
• Previous experience within diversified holding groups or multinational organizations will be considered highly desirable.
