About the Role

Foreground is seeking a Director AI Solutions & Intelligent Automation to lead the establishment of a central Enterprise AI Office. This office will facilitate Artificial Intelligence adoption across a diversified portfolio of businesses, focusing on integrating market-leading AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions to enhance operational performance, customer experience, and workforce productivity.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, the Director of AI Solutions & Intelligent Automation will be responsible for the identification, evaluation, implementation, and optimization of enterprise AI solutions across the Group. This role will focus on deploying commercial AI platforms rather than developing technologies internally. The Director will oversee solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Enterprise, SAP Joule, Salesforce Einstein, Oracle AI, UiPath, and other intelligent automation tools aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subsidiary leadership teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Lead the redesign of business processes to incorporate AI and automation.
• Coordinate solution implementation with technology partners.
• Ensure successful adoption of AI solutions across multiple business sectors.
• Establish implementation standards, vendor governance, and solution architecture principles.
• Define performance metrics to maximize return on AI investments.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess extensive experience in leading enterprise technology implementation, intelligent automation, digital transformation, or business technology programs. A strong understanding of enterprise AI platforms, process automation, vendor management, cloud technologies, and enterprise application integration is essential. Experience working across multiple industries and managing complex technology transformation programs within large organizations is highly desirable.
