About the Opportunity

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Ansible Automation Platform Engineer to join a leading Banking organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on enterprise automation, infrastructure reliability, and secure deployment practices within a highly regulated banking environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, design, and development of automation solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. This role is critical for enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring secure deployments, and maintaining infrastructure reliability within a mission-critical financial services setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including Private Automation Hub.
• Design and develop Ansible Playbooks, Roles, and automation workflows for infrastructure and banking applications.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, patching, deployments, and operational processes.
• Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and ITSM platforms.
• Implement automation solutions following security, compliance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Develop validation/pre-hook automation jobs and maintain automation documentation.
• Support container-based automation environments using Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault and follow security best practices.
• Troubleshoot automation issues in mission-critical banking environments.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Ansible Automation Platform engineering or a similar automation-focused role. A strong background in enterprise automation, infrastructure management, and secure deployment practices is essential. Experience within a highly regulated environment, preferably banking, is highly valued.

Technical Environment

The role involves working with technologies such as Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Private Automation Hub, CI/CD tools, monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and HashiCorp Vault. Proficiency in these areas is required to effectively design, implement, and troubleshoot automation solutions.
