The Role: Application Engineer HVAC

Climatech Saudi is seeking an Application Engineer HVAC to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for designing and supporting HVAC and air treatment solutions, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer HVAC and air treatment solutions, including system sizing, equipment selection, and preparation of technical proposals and drawings.
• Provide application support to the sales team.
• Respond to client technical inquiries.
• Ensure HVAC designs align with project specifications, safety standards, and energy-efficiency requirements.
• Coordinate with project, installation, and maintenance teams to support system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HVAC applications for renewable and conventional systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and HVAC design, including system sizing and equipment selection.
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering relevant to HVAC systems integration, controls, and power requirements.
• Experience with technical support activities such as troubleshooting, commissioning, and client-facing application guidance.
• Exposure to software development or HVAC-related software tools (*, system simulation, CAD, or BIM) and the ability to use digital tools for design and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with testing and validation of HVAC and air treatment systems to ensure performance and compliance.
• Effective communication skills in Arabic.

Work Environment and Experience

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
