Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Arabic Teacher to join our early years team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Arabic language instruction tailored to nursery to preschool age groups, supporting language development through age-appropriate methods and interactive learning.

Eligibility Requirement
Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Early childhood training or certifications are considered an advantage.

Professional Experience
  • Minimum three years of experience as an Arabic Teacher.
  • Experience teaching nursery to preschool age groups is highly preferred.
  • Experience in nurseries, childcare centers, or early years schools is considered a strong advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the early years team to align lesson plans with developmental goals.
  • Integrate Arabic language learning into daily activities.
  • Plan and deliver engaging Arabic lessons appropriate for young learners.
  • Use interactive teaching strategies including storytelling, songs, play-based learning, and hands-on activities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support school events, activities, and parent communication initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of regional sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing staff of Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Engineers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and key management personnel within our distributor network. Identify and establish new distributor organizations to maximize market penetration across the entire product portfolio.
