Designing new buildings or extensions or alterations to existing buildings, advising on the restoration and preservation of old properties, and assisting in site selection and supervision of construction work. Duties and main tasks Designing construction projects and managing the design team in selecting materials and developing specifications. Preparing full-scale models, drawings, and digital models. Assisting in contractor selection and material selection. Providing support for construction projects, and supervising the implementation of the design by the contractor. Preparing specialized documents and reports for engineering works and projects, their progress rates, presenting, clarifying, and saving them in their database according to approved policies and procedures.
