About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager - Destination Strategy to join its marketing team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with Qiddiya’s business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, events, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, recommending improvements.
• Support budgeting, planning, and scheduling of marketing activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver marketing projects.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and communication plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, or related roles.
