We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Gaming & Esports Strategy Support to join our team in Riyadh Province. This role is integral to driving our strategic initiatives within the gaming and esports sector.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager - Gaming & Esports Strategy Support will be responsible for supporting the strategic development and execution of gaming and esports projects. This position ensures that these initiatives align with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives, contributing to the company's growth in the entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies for gaming and esports initiatives targeting diverse audiences.
• Support the planning and execution of gaming and esports events, focusing on logistical efficiency and participant experience.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive benchmarks that inform strategy development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging event experiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of gaming and esports initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, detailing strategic recommendations and project progress.
• Foster relationships with gaming and esports stakeholders, including developers, teams, and sponsors, to enhance collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Game Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming, esports, or event management with a strategic focus.
• Strong understanding of the gaming and esports landscape, including market dynamics and audience engagement strategies.

Work Details

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The required experience for this role is between 5 to 10 years.
