About the Opportunity

Catrion Group is seeking a dedicated Asst. Team Leader to join our full-time operations in Riyadh. This role is crucial for supporting team leadership in daily operational tasks, ensuring efficiency, adherence to standards, and smooth coordination within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience, demonstrating a proactive approach to operational challenges and team support.

Key Operational Responsibilities

  • Take immediate action in response to aircraft changes and new operational setups.
  • Monitor the telex printer continuously and initiate appropriate actions.
  • Keep self and team members informed about updates in DIFOS, packing lists, and instructions from airlines regarding standards and packing patterns.
  • Ensure all staff are aware of procedural and standard changes, and manage extra tasks assigned via IOCs/Emails.
  • Oversee proper shift handover, including logbook updates and briefing the incoming Senior Foreman on operational aspects.
  • Assign staff for flight assembly to meet deadlines and conduct flight checks as required.
  • Ensure all flight provisioning is aligned with the loading/production plan.
  • Coordinate with Assembly and Transport Supervisors regarding transport availability.
  • Collaborate with Beverage, Kits, Tray Setting, Equipment, and Food Packing Sections to ensure smooth assembly operations.
  • Provide necessary assistance to the VIP Cell as advised by the Assembly Supervisor.

Quality Control and Documentation

  • Maintain proper records of all operational documents.
  • Ensure food load sheets and security checklists are prepared and signed by individuals checking flights.
  • Act promptly on up-catering requirements.
  • Carefully check up-catering items before dispatching them to aircraft.

Safety, Security, and Compliance

  • Ensure only authorized items are dispatched on flights and security checklists are fully completed.
  • Adhere strictly to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Handle data and information according to their classification levels.
  • Comply with Cybersecurity requirements for user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email.
  • Adhere to the acceptable use policy, utilizing Catrion information and technical assets solely for business purposes.
  • Obtain required permits from the security department or authorized personnel before hosting visitors in sensitive company sites.
  • Report any Cybersecurity incidents promptly.
  • Avoid violating intellectual property rights protected by copyrights, patents, or similar laws.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this full-time position.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards of operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Additional Responsibilities

The Asst. Team Leader will also perform other job-related duties as assigned, and additional tasks related to the job and/or company operations, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor Law.
