About the Role

Vidscola is seeking an Atlassian Solutions Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time hybrid position, offering flexibility for some remote work. The role involves designing and implementing tailored Atlassian solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.

Role Overview

The Atlassian Solutions Architect will play a central role in analyzing business processes, consulting with stakeholders to define requirements, and developing robust integration solutions. This position is critical for overseeing the deployment and optimization of the Atlassian suite, while also providing essential technical expertise and guidance to ensure the seamless execution of solutions across diverse client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Atlassian-based solutions across various industries and client environments.
• Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions that align with business goals, scope, and cost considerations.
• Develop integration solutions and oversee the deployment and optimization of the Atlassian suite.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, offering technical advisory across multiple projects.
• Deliver high-quality solutions on time, manage scope, proactively resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead demonstrations (demos) and Proofs of Concept (POCs), and identify opportunities through strategic thinking.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following:

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and mentor cross-functional teams.
• A problem-solving mindset, strong sense of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.

Technical Expertise and Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Integration, with the ability to design and implement scalable Atlassian solutions.
• Strong experience in Consulting and Business Process analysis to identify client needs and align technology solutions with business goals.
• Deep expertise across Atlassian solution domains, including ITSM, Agile at Scale, and DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Bitbucket, and Confluence in complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban, and the ability to translate them into tooling configurations.

Certifications and Work Environment

The following certifications are highly preferred:

• Atlassian certifications (*, ACP-620, ACP-420, ACP-120) and relevant accreditations in sales and delivery tracks.
• Non-Atlassian certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation or higher, SAFe 6, or DevOps-related certifications.

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time hybrid model, allowing for some remote work flexibility. The position requires an aptitude for working collaboratively in hybrid work environments.
