The Helicopter Company (THC) is seeking a B Licensed Sr. Technician I Type Rated AW to join its team. This full-time position is based at the THC Main Base in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires permanent relocation to the region.

Role Overview

The B Licensed Sr. Technician I Type Rated AW is responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alterations in strict adherence to approved technical data and regulatory standards. This role emphasizes safety management, quality compliance, and effective team collaboration within a structured aviation maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote SMS reporting and utilize THC safety management systems.
• Recommend engineering safety practices, ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and advise on any deficiencies.
• Report hangar facility deficiencies or defects to the Line Manager or through the safety management system.
• Ensure all maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alterations are carried out correctly using current approved technical data.
• Maintain continuous compliance with RSQCM, GMM, and TODPM Work Instructions.
• Ensure required engineering standards are met and aircraft maintenance documentation is completed accurately.
• Attend and/or perform daily toolbox talks and aircraft team briefings on assigned maintenance projects.
• Participate in weekly production planning meetings as required, reporting on hangar maintenance activities and advising on specific manning, tooling, test equipment, and parts requirements.
• Ensure all removed aircraft components are correctly labelled, protected, and stored for aircraft under maintenance.
• Identify and advise the Line Manager of staff training needs.
• Promote teamwork, staff discipline, adherence to company uniform policy, and corporate identity.
• Maintain confidentiality in all work-related matters and information.

Qualifications and Experience

• A valid Aircraft Maintenance License, held for a minimum of four (4) years from its original date of issue, with at least six (6) months of remaining validity at the time of application.
• Currently active on the AW139, with hands-on aircraft maintenance experience on this type within the last six (6) months.
• Previous experience as a Part 145 rostered technician is required.

Work Environment and Commitment

This is a full-time contract position requiring permanent relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is based at the THC Main Base, operating within a professional and safety-focused aviation maintenance setting.
