The Role of a Back End Developer

The ideal candidate for this position will bring 3+ years of experience in backend development. This role requires strong expertise across various backend technologies, including API development, database management, cloud technologies, and modern software architecture principles. The developer will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our core systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, alongside integrating third-party services.
• Design and optimize both SQL and NoSQL databases to support application needs.
• Ensure high levels of application performance, security, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate effectively with frontend, DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
