About the Role

DSM Grup is seeking a Beauty & Cosmetics Category Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to managing and expanding strategic brand partnerships within the beauty and cosmetics sector in Saudi Arabia, contributing to sustainable growth and market presence.

Role Context

The Beauty & Cosmetics Category Manager will be part of the Trendyol Core Commerce team, which focuses on developing data-driven strategies for growth and global expansion. This role involves turning market insights into actionable strategies, with a focus on ownership and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale strategic Beauty and Cosmetics brand partners and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential beauty brands and sellers aligned with marketplace priorities.
• Own account performance and identify key levers to drive GMV growth, assortment expansion, and overall commercial results.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key beauty brand principals and lead high-level commercial negotiations.
• Identify assortment and trending product gaps using beauty market trends and competitor insights.
• Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) and co-marketing campaigns with key beauty partners.
• Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support sustainable partner growth.
