The Role of Beauty & Cosmetics Category Manager - KSA

DSM Grup is seeking a Beauty & Cosmetics Category Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role involves managing and scaling strategic brand partnerships within the beauty and cosmetics sector in Saudi Arabia. The manager will be responsible for driving growth, expanding assortment, and achieving commercial results for the category.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale strategic Beauty and Cosmetics brand partners and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential beauty brands and sellers aligned with marketplace priorities.
• Own account performance and identify key levers to drive GMV growth, assortment expansion, and overall commercial results.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key beauty brand principals and lead high-level commercial negotiations.
• Identify assortment and trending product gaps using beauty market trends and competitor insights.
• Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) and co-marketing campaigns with key beauty partners.
• Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support sustainable partner growth.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in category management, brand partnerships, or a similar commercial role within the beauty and cosmetics industry. The role requires a proven ability to manage strategic relationships and drive commercial outcomes.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA. The role involves working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment that emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and a deep sense of ownership.
