About the Bell Captain Role

Hilton is seeking a Bell Captain to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading the bell staff to ensure guests receive attentive service during their arrival and departure, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Role Overview

As a Bell Captain, you will play a key role in the guest experience by overseeing the efficient and courteous handling of guest luggage and providing assistance during arrivals and departures. This role requires leadership to ensure the bell team operates smoothly and effectively, upholding hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist arriving and departing guests, including transporting luggage and familiarizing guests with their rooms and hotel amenities.
• Manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of guest luggage in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Supervise daily team operations, including scheduling, providing training and coaching, and fostering team performance.
• Communicate regular updates to the team regarding hotel offerings, services, and local attractions to ensure they are well-informed.
• Assist in maintaining the upkeep and functionality of bell carts, communication devices, and related equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of guest service principles and hotel operations.
