The Role of BIM Associate

The BIM Associate will contribute to project delivery by managing and processing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and project data. This role involves ensuring data accuracy and compliance across various applications and stakeholders, supporting the efficient execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, organize, and transfer BIM and project data across multiple applications, platforms, and stakeholders.
• Perform data management, BIM model validation, and data quality control.
• Troubleshoot issues to support accurate and compliant model delivery.
• Execute 2D drafting using AutoCAD.
• Manage BIM data exporting, conversion, and interoperability between systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
