Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the exhibition fully and achieve sales targets
Lead and develop the sales team and motivate them to achieve the desired performance
Provide an excellent customer experience according to Score standards
Monitor inventory and operational processes within the exhibition
Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sales and performance
