About the Broker Relationship Analyst Role

The Cigna Group is a global health service company committed to transforming healthcare. Cigna Saudi Arabia, operating in Riyadh, is seeking a Broker Relationship Analyst for a full-time position. This role is integral to supporting our service and maintenance efforts for brokers and clients, ensuring satisfaction and facilitating business growth within the region.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Broker Relationship Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to brokers and clients, focusing on service, maintenance, and business penetration. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction with Cigna's products and services. The role involves coordinating with Account/Client Managers to meet client needs and proactively address potential problems, while also keeping them informed of account status and opportunities for business expansion. Occasional on-site presentations to educate existing and prospective clients may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all intermediary requests, queries, and complaints are handled according to Cigna Insurance Middle East *** standards.
• Providing dedicated and comprehensive service to intermediaries, acting as the primary escalation point of contact within the assigned portfolio.
• Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and key internal/external stakeholders to achieve service objectives.
• Collaborating with various Cigna departments to develop optimal solutions for client issues or suggestions.
• Maintaining accurate records of broker interactions, discussions, and visits.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, including managing people, reporting, analyzing, and solving customer problems, is required. Call center experience is considered a plus. The ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, along with a high capacity for multitasking independently on a computer.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent English written, oral communication, and presentation skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong reporting skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.
• Ability to independently respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints, or appeals of moderate complexity.
