We are looking for a Saudi national to take on a vital role in our IT department. As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to create, maintain, and organize comprehensive technical documentation for a variety of IT systems, processes, and procedures. This position is critical in ensuring that IT operations are well-documented and understood by all relevant stakeholders, including IT staff, end-users, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain various technical documents, including policy and compliance documents, process documentation, system architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
Collaborate with IT Operations engineers and subject matter experts to gather information.
Translate complex technical information into easily understandable language.
Proofread and edit documents for clarity and adherence to company style guides.
Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

Saudi national with 4-10 years of overall experience, including 4-7 years in a relevant field.
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong understanding of IT operations concepts.
Proven experience documenting IT infrastructure and systems.
Proficiency with documentation tools and experience with diagramming tools.
