We are looking for a Saudi national to take on a vital role in our IT department. As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to create, maintain, and organize comprehensive technical documentation for a variety of IT systems, processes, and procedures. This position is critical in ensuring that IT operations are well-documented and understood by all relevant stakeholders, including IT staff, end-users, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain various technical documents, including policy and compliance documents, process documentation, system architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations engineers and subject matter experts to gather information.
  • Translate complex technical information into easily understandable language.
  • Proofread and edit documents for clarity and adherence to company style guides.
  • Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Saudi national with 4-10 years of overall experience, including 4-7 years in a relevant field.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations concepts.
  • Proven experience documenting IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and experience with diagramming tools.
