Business Development Executive

About the Role

Office Solutions, a Dubai-based flooring company specializing in solutions for commercial, residential, and interior fit-out projects, is seeking a Business Development Executive. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on expanding the company's market presence and developing new business opportunities within the region. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian construction and interior fit-out market.
• Establish relationships with main contractors, flooring contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and procurement teams.
• Generate project leads and identify upcoming projects at an early stage.
• Promote the company's flooring products and solutions, including raised access flooring and other relevant flooring systems.
• Arrange client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and submittals.
• Follow up on tenders, quotations, negotiations, and project awards.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Good understanding of project sales, tendering, and the construction project cycle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for client meetings and project visits.
• Valid Saudi work authorization or eligibility to work in KSA.
• A valid driving license is required.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 7,500 to SAR 11,250, complemented by performance-based incentives.
