About the Role

Anix Global is seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for an individual passionate about technology consulting, skilled in building client relationships, and committed to driving sales growth and market expansion within the Kingdom.

As a key member of the sales team, you will spearhead business development initiatives, identify high-impact opportunities, and cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering significant business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, with a specific focus on Microsoft technology services and solutions.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market and cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers across diverse industries.
  • Lead sales cycles end-to-end, encompassing opportunity qualification, solution alignment, contract negotiations, and deal closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives and the delivery of business value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, thoroughly understanding their business needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Strengthen relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients by proactively delivering value through Anix Global's offerings in Data, AI, Cloud, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to co-create compelling solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the Microsoft ecosystem to inform and refine business development strategy.
  • Support internal leadership with insightful account analysis and performance reporting to drive growth and informed decision-making within the KSA region.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably within technology consulting or IT services.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within the KSA market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
  • Understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances is essential.

Work Environment and Details
