The Opportunity

Doctify is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its commercial team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving new customer acquisition within the region. It is characterized by high activity and a fast pace, focusing on high-volume, transactional sales to healthcare providers across various verticals. The successful candidate will manage the complete 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to product demonstration, and engage in frequent outreach to achieve ambitious revenue and activity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition through high-volume outreach.
• Manage the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure, while maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Consistently exceed daily KPIs and monthly revenue targets, with support from management and the wider team.
• Conduct time-efficient product demonstrations and presentations, tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop expertise in the Doctify product and become a thought leader within the HealthTech field.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within healthcare environments.
• A confident communicator who excels in outbound calling and selling, both in-person and virtually.
• Demonstrated resilience and grit, with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks and maintain momentum.
• Energized by fast-paced work environments and adaptable to change and challenges.
• A strong belief in Doctify's mission and a desire to contribute to the revolutionization of the healthcare industry.
