Launched in Bahrain in 2019, Calo has expanded its operations across six countries and is now extending its mission into retail and other verticals. The company is committed to a global vision of simplifying healthy choices.
The Calo Fellowship is a one-year, full-time program designed for early-career talent. It focuses on practical learning, allowing Fellows to address real business challenges and contribute to meaningful projects alongside Calo's team. This program is suitable for recent high school or university graduates with 0-1 years of experience, emphasizing potential over prior professional background. The role involves a dynamic range of tasks, from launching new initiatives to coordinating stakeholders and analyzing operational performance. It is suited for individuals who appreciate variety, enjoy problem-solving, and seek to understand the scaling process of a growing company.
Throughout the fellowship year, Fellows will rotate across different teams for the first two weeks of each month to gain an end-to-end understanding of business operations. The subsequent two weeks will be dedicated to their main track, working with a Sponsor and Mentor to deliver impactful projects. The program concludes with a Showcase Day, where Fellows present their work to Calo's leadership.
