About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on coordinating and managing daily business operations to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence. The specialist will play a key role in monitoring performance, identifying improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, SLAs, and service trends, recommending actions to address gaps and improve results.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, operational analyses, and presentations to support decision-making and performance reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
• Act as a key operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the resolution of business and service-related issues.
• Coordinate project resources, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and action plans to support timely and successful delivery.
• Lead or support operational projects and improvement initiatives, ensuring progress is tracked and risks or barriers are escalated appropriately.
• Ensure operational activities comply with organizational policies, governance frameworks, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support operational risk management, business continuity planning, and corrective actions to maintain service stability and readiness.
• Contribute to business planning, operational governance, and organizational initiatives that support sustainable operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in business operations or a similar field. The role requires a professional who can manage complex operational tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.
