Role Overview and Objectives

As a Business Owner (Licensee) for Stranger Soccer in Riyadh, you will be responsible for launching and managing the brand within your city. This involves establishing operations, building a local team, and driving player engagement. The core objective is to make playing football more accessible and convenient for the community, mirroring the ease of activities like jogging or visiting the gym.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and establish the Stranger Soccer brand presence in Riyadh.
• Recruit, train, and manage a core team of 2-3 individuals, alongside freelance Official Hosts.
• Identify and secure suitable venues and time slots for hosting football games.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies, both digital and in-person, to expand the player base.
• Oversee game operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience that encourages repeat participation.
• Utilize support, systems, and expertise provided by the Singapore headquarters, including operational and technological resources.
