About the Business Project Manager Role

Imploy is seeking a Business Project Manager to join its team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on leading complex commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of projects to achieve maximum return on investment.

Strategic Contribution

As a Business Project Manager, you will be a key driver in achieving the organization's strategic goals. This position requires a strategic vision and the ability to effectively lead projects, ensuring they meet objectives and contribute significantly to business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives in cooperation with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication between departments.
• Track project progress using project management tools and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
• Manage risks and resolve problems to ensure project delivery on time and within the specified budget.
• Provide recommendations to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Functional Level: Manager.
• Mandatory: Professional Project Management (PMP) certification.
• Proven experience in project budgeting, budget planning, cost control, and financial tracking.
• Previous experience working with the government sector is strongly preferred.

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in using Power BI and Smartsheet software.
• Strong skills in project planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Work Location

This full-time position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Applicants are preferably residents of Jeddah or willing to relocate to the city for this role.
