Cafe Manager

We are looking for a professional operations manager to lead the café operations efficiently, capable of managing the team, improving customer experience, and increasing performance and sales. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage the daily operations of the café - Supervise the team (recruitment, training, evaluation) - Improve service quality and customer experience - Monitor inventory and suppliers - Prepare operational and financial reports - Increase sales and achieve targets - Adhere to hygiene and safety standards Requirements: - Experience of no less than 2-4 years in café management - High leadership skills and team management - Experience in operating cashier systems (POS) - Ability to solve problems and make decisions - Knowledge of quality fundamentals and customer service - Preferably knowledgeable in specialty coffee ☕ Coffee taster, choosing the best crops, structuring the menu. Experience in specialty cafés.
